The estate was purchased in the 60s by the great-great grandparents Virginio and Rita and ever since La Staffa has been lived in by the Cattani family which has restored it to its original splendour.

Today this large family includes the grandparents Ottorino and Rosanna, their children David and Andrea and their respective wives Cristina and Maria Cristina. And finally there are the grandchildren: Alessandro Luca, Martina and Federica, and they all look forward to seeing you at "La Staffa". They look forward to welcoming you in their big house where time marks the rhythm of the days, seasons and years without however ageing the cheerful and friendly attitude of the people who have always lived here.

The passion for horses has been handed down from generation to generation and here the horses are like members of the family.

Ottorino, David and Andrea, are expert horse riders. They will be your patient teachers in your fist lessons or excellent guides in your excursions in the Morainic hills, on the banks of the Mincio river, at the discovery of old villages and, why not, of a typical local restaurant.
